PROJECT CONCEPT
On plot 5, Zone G within the affluent banana island  estate; we designed three number six – bedroom units  on a land area of about 1279 sqm and each unit has its  own swimming pool, cinema, fitted kitchens and spa. Currently under construction, the entire site has its  own shared utilities and services such as a water  treatment room, electrical panel room and a gate  house.
The entrance gate features a water feature that runs  from end to end.
