PROJECT CONCEPT
Located along the serene waterfront of banana island foreshore estate in Ikoyi, The CEDAR SHORE is a mini residential estate of nine number six-bedroom detached houses of three different typologies.
No doubt, we took advantage of the waterfront to provide a jetty that will enhance the ambience of the project and also create means of access to the residents.
Each of the units has a minimum bedroom size of about 30sqm and a fitted cinema, gymnasium, dry and wet kitchen.
