PROJECT CONCEPT
The brief was to design three Nos. commercial on a land area of over 8,000 sqm but with a width of 14 metres upon observing all stipulated setbacks.
The platinum place consists of two identical blocks at the extremes and a 500-person event centre in the middle. Designed on Ground and two suspended floors; the commercial blocks contains shopping areas of varying sizes and an anchor tenant store on two levels. In order to complement the shops; we introduced lettable offices on the last floor as this will boost the use of the facility.
A major highpoint of the design was the consideration to fit in sufficient car parking spaces within the site as the facility is located in a residential zone.
