PROJECT CONCEPT
With a mix of three – bedroom apartments and maisonettes; AG Heights was envisioned to provide the highest level of modern living to her occupants.
We proposed this beauty on a land area of about 900 sqm and to accommodate 10 suspended floors of residences with the entire ground floor serving as reception and carparking.
On the first floor wing is an infinity swimming pool, a gym, unisex salon and a carefully detailed children’s play area.
